Individual prices are next to the items for those who would like to buy items seperately, but the whole training kit (regularly priced at: $68.25) comes with one of each of the following: - Slip Lead - $1.50 - Natural Balance 4lb Roll - $11 (lamb or turkey flavor) - Clicker - $2.75 - Premier Bait Bag (red, black, or blue) - $25 - Tug Ball Toy - $5 - Tracking Articles (set of 5 Misc) - $6 - ProBalance Vitamins - $26 Items are available for pickup, free delivery with any session, or can be shipped to owners, with the additional shipping charges paid in advance. * Colors, flavors, and tracking materials may vary slightly. Customizing options are always up for discussion. Other recommended items are: - Drag Line (this can be leather, nylon, or even clothesline cord tied to an old buckle collar that is used for safe distance training) - dixie cups, small tupperware containers, or other storage-like ideas for hiding treats or having treats nearby (the couch, on counters, etc, for easier reach and rewards for foundation training) - Other Tracking articles if going into Tracking - if wanting to work on place-stays, a carpet area, blanket, dog bed, etc, for the training session - Kong (recommend the Kong Blue available at veterinarians, as it is the toughest one) - Ask about Kong Stuffing Techniques and Favorite Recipes! - Buster Ball/Cube - This hard plastic ball (WalMart)/cube(Petco) has a maze inside to sprinkle kibble into and allow your dog to roll it around the house or yard and forage for dinner. A GREAT mental stimulator and can keep most pets occupied while you're busy. - Marrow bones or Femur bones for really aggressive chewers...we'll discuss the possible hazards of these at your lesson as well! - Kennel/Crate - We strongly recommend and use these for confinement so that your pet won't get into trouble while you're not home, can think about what just happened in the training session, can rest safely without getting into trouble, and have their own bedroom (See our handout on Crates and how to make them FUN!) - There are many more, but these are the generally recommended ones! :-) |
